A: Yes, we provide samples for free charge if we have already them in stock. But the customer has to pay the freight cost.

Q2. How do you ship the goods?

A: Generally, we use sea shipping. However, if the customer has a special request, we can also do airline shipping.

Q3. Do you do OEM?

A: Yes, please inform us about your brands before mass production and confirm the samples based on the request.

Q4. What is your MOQ?

A: For each design, the MOQ is 500.

Q5. What’s the item of payment?

A: It depends on the contract value. If the contract value is less than 1000 USD, we need 100% in advance. If more than 1000 USD, we need only 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
